Title: Peanut and Caramel Apple Dip

Yield: 2 Cups

1cChunky peanut butter
3/4 To 1 cup brown sugar, depending on sweetness desired**
1cn5 oz. evaporated milk
1tsWATKINS Caramel Flavor
1/4tsWATKINS Cinnamon

SOURCE: Watkins Recipe Card, Watkins Incorporated, Winona, MN. Formatted into MM by Ursula R. Taylor. In small saucepan combine all ingredients except apple and pear slices. Heat all together until lukewarm, stirring until well mixed or microwave in 1 quart bowl on HIGH for 2 to 3 minutes until warm. Put in small bowl in center of plate and arrange apple and pear slices around. Serve as a dip. Makes a delicious dessert or snack. Makes 2 cups.
